This website is a simple marketing site. It does not have accounts, logins, or a shopping cart. The only information we collect from you here is what you choose to send us:
We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
For shops that become customers, our service reads from and writes to the shop's own management system to do its job, such as booking appointments and recognizing returning callers. We do not store a copy of a shop's customer list on our servers as a product offering. The handling of a customer shop's data is governed by the agreement we sign with that shop, not by this website policy.
We use trusted service providers to run our business (for example, email and website hosting). They only handle information as needed to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our communication, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@sparviko.com. Since the only information this website collects is what you email us, you can also simply stop emailing us at any time.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here.
