These terms cover your use of the Sparviko website at sparviko.com. They are not the agreement for our paid service. Shops that sign up for Sparviko receive a separate service agreement that governs the service itself.
This site is provided by Sparviko, LLC for general information about our products and services. It describes what our AI receptionist does and how shops can get in touch with us.
Some examples on this site, including sample dashboards, a sample caller pop-out, and a sample customer history view, use fabricated data created for illustration. They do not show any real customer's information. Recorded call examples are real calls placed by our founder to his own shop's line for demonstration.
Any numbers we share about time saved, calls handled, or revenue captured come from our own shop's real use of the product. They are provided as examples. Your results will depend on your call volume, your shop, and how you configure the service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Nothing on this site is automotive, legal, or financial advice. Pricing, availability, and features may change.
Please don't misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, break its security, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation.
The Sparviko name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Sparviko, LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
